I offer private and small-group coaching designed specifically for female bodies and lifestyles, focusing on strength and conditioning, mobility, functional movement, and flexibility. My approach blends personalized programming, hands-on techniques, and appropriate modalities to deliver measurable results in a supportive, judgment-free environment. I work with women across life stages—beginners, busy professionals, athletes, new mothers, and active seniors—to improve strength, speed, recovery, and everyday movement.
